Dickens bookends, South Australian Camera Club.
DAVID COPPERFIELD.
BOOKENDS. Pair of bookends, each in the traditional L shape, with a metal base plate and a faux timber upright, in a three dimensional form of the realistic torso of David Copperfield - wearing a top hat, with exceptional detail to body, cloth, hair and head - surrounded from his shoulders down by timber paneling; original patina intact, complete with original paper label stating that they were sold by Harris Scarfe, Adelaide in the early 1940s; also with a miniature plaque to one, announcing they were awarded to a doctor in the SA Miniature Camera Club - 1940/41. Height 18 cm. Width 9.5cm. Depth 10.5 cm. each.

Rayon bookmarker (1978) produced as a souvenir of the Imperial Council Session held in Detroit, Michigan, July 10-14, 1978, with background illustration of tall building, and symbols, woven in black, red, green & yellow on a white ground; reverse side has the name and address of Eaglegraph, and 'Made in England, Rayon/Terylene' on top hem; the bottom edge is pinked.
