One volume, totalling roughly 800 pages, with 132 armorial plates, the almanac printed in red & black; thick cr. 12mo; early calf boards with gilt edges, lightly worn, rebacked with later calf spine lettered and decorated in gilt; early ownership inscription [name indecipherable/'House of Commons'] on the upper endpapers, plus some text amendments in the same hand, upper hinge tender, a couple of mainly small edge chips or tears, a few leaves lightly creased or poorly trimmed, some faint damp stains, a little light foxing; John Stockdale, London, 1801. *From the library of firearms and heraldry collector Doug Mills, with his business card on the upper free endpaper.
