[ESTC T082209?]. *The Companion to the Altar is the fifteenth edition, printed for Edmund Parker, at the Bible and Crown in Lombard-Street, London, 1738, with this note at foot of title page: 'This book is bound up with the Common-Prayers of several sorts, and to be had at the place abovesaid'.
