First edition in book form. Wolff 6693. *Originally issued in 23 monthly parts (nos. 23 & 24 being a double number), from November 1848 to December 1850. (Publication was suspended for a few months in 1849, due to the author's illness, as a result of which Thackeray dedicated the second volume to his doctor). Item #099916
