[48](last colophon, verso blank), printed in red & black, with hand coloured pictorial title page, text illustrations and decorative initial, plus numerous smaller decorative initials in red, linocut endpapers printed in yellow & brown; super roy. 4to; woven brocade-style fabric over boards, with inlaid printed paper title label on upper board; uncut; tiny mark on verso of half-title page; The Wayzgoose Press, Katoomba, NSW, 1994. Edition limited to 20 numbered copies, signed by the publishers Mike Hudson and Jadwiga Jarvis; this being number 8 of 16 copies thus bound. *Lacking the protective velveteen bag, but with the original pictorial prospectus loosely inserted. The text includes a long introductory essay, and commentary to each of the 29 ordinances. The illustrations are 'in the manner of the period, depicting scenes suggested by the regulations.
