Attractions in the capital, Bodoni City, include the Golden Cockerel Night Club, and the San Serriffe Golf Club, where the caddies are the sinister twins Alberto and Quarto Morocco. President Manilla was assassinated there at the 17th tee, by Bembo Palatino, a local dissident and admirer of the beautiful lady golfer Perpetua Madonna.
