The final pack described 'consists largely of a photographic likeness of a political leader' [i.e., Hitler] . . . Other cards show many leaders and activities of the Nazi party in the fields of culture, labor, youth education, the army and the navy. It is a well organized and astute piece of intelligent party propaganda, well calculated to leave its users better acquainted with those in power in Germany and their activities' [pp. 91-2].
