Inscribed on the half-title page by the author, February 1st, 1988, and with the recipient's ownership inscription on the upper pastedown. Loosely inserted is a note (plus posting envelope) from the author's wife, Lois Wright, asking the owner of the book to send it for Peter to sign. The British MOD tried hard to prevent the publication of this expose by Peter Wright, initially banning the book in England and Wales.
